This is a course of the classic suite of English examinations from the University of Cambridge. Good to show to an employer. And an excellent structure to make the maximum progress on a long course. Tests listening, speaking, reading, writing and language knowledge. Requires a very wide grammatical and vocabulary knowledge. CPE is situated at an ambitious level achieved mainly by teachers and other language professionals. Studying for CPE develops an ability to interpret fine distinctions of meaning and to express yourself precisely in correct, natural English.
