Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)

10 x 50-minute specialised lessons per week

This is a course of the classic suite of English examinations from the University of Cambridge. Good to show to an employer. And an excellent structure to make the maximum progress on a long course. Tests listening, speaking, reading, writing and language knowledge. Requires an ability to understand long texts of different kinds.
Final level: Grade C (= Eurocentres 9)

CAE is an appropriate examination for people working in English every day and is also accepted for university entrance in Britain. Focus on the techniques and language skills you need for exam success and you will see an overall improvement in progress. In Cambridge, Cairns and Auckland this module is run as part of a 30-lesson course (combined with the 20-lesson Basic course).
